Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 32jl Casino ("32jl," "we," "us," "the Platform"). Access to and use of the 32jl platform is conditioned upon your full acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the 32jl platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 32jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 32jl does not make any representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination with forfeiture of any balances associated with duplicate accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement.
2.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 32jl requires Users to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (passport, SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, or driver's license). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the prescribed period may have withdrawal privileges suspended.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 32jl immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 32jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 32jl strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication on your Account. This feature is available in Account Settings at no cost.
3.4 No Staff Password Requests. 32jl staff will never request your Account password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 32jl does not accept foreign currency deposits and will not be responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by Users through third-party payment processors.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 32jl currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods may change at 32jl's discretion with prior notice where practicable.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are communicated within the Platform.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, typically within five (5) minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on Philippine banking days (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). 32jl does not impose withdrawal fees on GCash or PayMaya transactions.
4.5 Verification Requirement. Withdrawal of funds from your Account requires completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2.5. 32jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
4.6 Source of Funds. By depositing funds into your Account, you represent that such funds originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of unlawful activity. 32jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
5.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. 32jl reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.
5.3 Abuse. 32jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms dishonestly.
5.4 Modification. 32jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted by Users prior to such change where wagering requirements have been partially met in good faith.
6.1 RNG and Fair Play. All random number generator (RNG) based games on the 32jl Platform use independently audited RNG systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 32jl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, 32jl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return staked amounts. The "malfunction voids all pays and plays" principle applies across all game categories on the Platform.
6.3 Game Rules. Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per session. These limits are displayed within the game interface. 32jl reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
7.1 Commitment. 32jl Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active measures to identify and assist Players who may be experiencing problem gambling behaviors.
7.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Users through Account Settings and may be activated at any time without requiring a support request:
7.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who select permanent self-exclusion will have their Account closed and will be prevented from registering a new Account on the Platform. 32jl will honour self-exclusion requests in good faith and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players.
7.4 Age Compliance. 32jl takes the 21+ age restriction seriously. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any funds on account will be returned minus any winnings, which shall be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 32jl Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
32jl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found engaging in prohibited conduct, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. 32jl may also refer cases involving unlawful activity to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the 32jl Platform — including but not limited to the 32jl brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all text and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of 32jl Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. 32jl grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. Users must not copy, frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the Platform without 32jl's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of 32jl's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
10.1 No Warranty. The 32jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 32jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those required by applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
10.2 Force Majeure. 32jl shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failure, government action, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
10.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 32jl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.4 Maximum Liability. In all cases where 32jl's liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, 32jl's maximum aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 By 32jl. 32jl may suspend or permanently close a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the User has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) 32jl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) 32jl reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; or (d) 32jl discontinues a service or the Platform as a whole.
11.2 By the User. Users may close their Account at any time by contacting 32jl Customer Support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, the User's license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, 12 — shall remain in full force and effect.
12.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 32jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through 32jl Customer Support. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
32jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the amendment. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
